Fund Management
Our core service offering is investment management of regulated funds. As part of this, we currently manage six Guernsey based closed-ended collective investment schemes, which invest predominantly in businesses and property within the Crown Dependencies.

Corporate Advisory
A highly bespoke offering that supports new and existing corporate clients, predominantly in the Channel Islands, in growing their businesses and maintaining strong relationships with their investors. Our corporate advisory services include consultancy, transactional management, placing agent services and listing sponsorship services in respect of The International Stock Exchange. In addition, where we identify an investment opportunity that does not meet the criteria for any existing managed products, we may consider creating and managing a new standalone company to give investors the opportunity to participate.

Property Advisory
Similar to our Corporate Advisory Services, our property advisors offer bespoke, specialist advice and support to corporate clients in respect of property to be purchased, held, developed or disposed of as an investment. Where we identify a property asset for investment that does not meet the criteria for any existing products, we may consider creating a new investment vehicle to give investors the opportunity to participate.
Our real estate project management services are offered principally to the managed property funds and investment vehicles, and to selected third parties, to improve the efficiency of the development process.

Ravenscroft Capital is owned by its management team and staff. We specialise in three key areas: investment management, corporate advisory and property advisory.
Our business was established two decades ago and our team has more than 100 years of experience and expertise working with clients and businesses across the Channel Islands and further afield.
